7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MAITUD purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

1. Email support@maitudluggage.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off at any UPS or USPS location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different color or model? Contact us and we will arrange a one-time exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge.
