1-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage

Every MAITUD product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Broken or malfunctioning wheels
• Defective zippers or locks
• Cracked or split shell under normal use
• Telescoping handle mechanism failures
• Seat hinge or safety belt defects

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
• Damage caused by airlines, shipping carriers, or third parties
• Misuse, overloading, or modification
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to File a Claim

1. Email support@maitudluggage.com with your order number
2. Include clear photos of the defect
3. Describe when and how the issue occurred
4. Our team will respond within 2 business days

Resolution

If your claim is approved, MAITUD will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
